HOMCO is a construction company that focuses on building apartments, houses, and living spaces. For this project, the goal was to create an identity that feels grounded and rooted in the reality of building. It's all about structural integrity and doing the job right, from the foundation to the final finishing touches.

We designed the mark based on the idea of architectural structure and perfect angles, shaping the H it to look like a house. Paired with straightforward modular typography, the logo is bold, solid and




Earthy
The typography is a solid, highly legible Swiss-style sans-serif font that mirrors the straightforward precision of their engineering work. The color palette takes its cues directly from nature and real-world building materials, giving the brand an premium, natural feel.





Tactility
Visually, the brand relies heavily on close-up photography that highlights the texture and tactility of raw building materials. By focusing on these rough, tangible details first, the identity feels real, authentic, and durable. Once you pair those highly textured, earthy images with the strict grid and clean type, the overall look naturally elevates into something distinctly premium and refined.
